Terms of Service

By using ONE FORMS (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you at least 30 days before any material change.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (18 for paid plans) and able to form a binding contract under your local law. You must provide a real email address and accurate billing information.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens secret. We are not liable for losses caused by sharing them.
• You must enable two-factor authentication on accounts with billing or admin privileges.
• You must not impersonate another person or organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not allow your visitors to, use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious payloads to anyone.
• Collect data unlawfully, without consent, or in violation of applicable privacy law.
• Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerability without our written permission.
• Resell the Service as your own product without a written reseller agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

4. Plans and billing

• Free plan: 250 submissions/month, 10 forms, 30-day retention. Free forever, subject to fair use.
• Hobby plan: ₹799/month or ₹7,990/year (≈17% off).
• Pro plan: ₹2,499/month or ₹24,990/year.
• All prices are in INR. GST is added where applicable. We issue GST-compliant tax invoices.
• Payments: UPI (manual or AutoPay via Razorpay) and cards (Razorpay).
• Renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the next billing date.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid subscriptions, no questions asked. After 7 days, we don't refund partial periods. Email billing@oneforms.inwith your order ID.

6. Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on the Pro plan and best-effort on Free and Hobby. We publish status at oneforms.in/status. We do not pay credits for outages on the Free plan; for Hobby and Pro, contact billing within 30 days of an incident for a pro-rated credit.

7. Data

• You own the data you submit and the data submitted to your forms.
• We hold it on your behalf as a processor — see our Privacy Policy.
• You can export everything any time and delete your account permanently any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use it according to your plan. You retain all rights to the content you upload.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that submissions will always be delivered. We work very hard to make both true, but the internet is the internet.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Free-plan accounts have no monetary remedy. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may terminate any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend immediately for breach of these terms or for non-payment after a 14-day grace period. On termination, your data is retained for 14 days then permanently deleted, after which it cannot be recovered.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, except where local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
